If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 7 days for an exchange or a refund. You can write to us at 

You will have to specify here exactly the details of your return. A refund in form of money, or a different product and the reason why you're returning the product(s). We have free shipping but do not have free returns. That means you must bear shipping costs for the return.

To be eligible for reimbursement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Make sure the item is in its original, undamaged polybag, unused, and with the tag still attached. Please also make sure that the package is properly closed.

All the exchanges are done free of cost whereas returns attract a courier fee of ₹100 which needs to be borne by the customer. Once an item is exchanged, it is ineligible for further exchanges or returns.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method, within 4 days after we receive the item.

Situations where only partial refunds will be given:

- Products with clear signs of use

- Items have been in contact with water

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Sales, Offers, and Promotions

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. We do not accept returns for products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional events. Exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged items upon receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a store credit will be issued.
