All orders placed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, will begin processing the same day and ship the next day. SHORTSCAPEĀ®Ā is not responsible for unanticipated delays due to force majeure conditions such as weather or shipping/air travel delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. SHORTSCAPEĀ®Ā is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

If an item is sold out, weā€™ll let you know as soon as possible through email/call. You can choose to have a refund issued for the out-of-stock products or exchange them with another one.

After the product is set to sail through the shipment, it might take 6-7 official days to reach your doorstep.
